Who processes your data

What data we collect
- Account: email address and password (encrypted).
- Profile: name, phone number, company (for clients and their managers).
- Activity: tasks, task locations, hours worked, notes, attached documents.
- If you sign in with Google: name, email and Google account identifier (via Google Identity Services).
Purpose
To manage the contracted cleaning service: task assignment and tracking, communication between client and staff, billing.
Legal basis
Performance of the service contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b) and, where applicable, consent (e.g. signing in with Google).
Who we share it with
Not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Shared with technical providers necessary to operate the service (hosting, transactional email).
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to [contact email].
Retention
For as long as the contractual relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the period required by law.
